Secretary Report Forms
Key Club International is rolling out a new standard Monthly Report Form for Key Clubs to use across the globe starting in the 2025-2026 year. Previously, each Key Club District used its own report form.
To facilitate this transition, we are continuing to use our old Monthly Report Form through the August 2025 report (due September 10, 2025).

Starting in the September 2025 report (due October 10, 2025), we will begin using the new standard report form through the Kiwanis Engage system.
New Report Form on Kiwanis Engage
For September 2025 Report (due October 10, 2025) and After
Starting in the September 2025 report (due October 10, 2025), we will begin using the new standard report form through the Kiwanis Engage system.

​To access the form, you must create an account in the Kiwanis Engage system using the email address that is linked to your member record. You will also need to be listed as Club Secretary in Kiwanis Engage. Your faculty advisor has access to update your email address and to list you as the Club Secretary in the Kiwanis Engage system (it is the same system they will use to update the Key Club roster and pay dues).

Please note: if your school email address blocks external emails, you will not be able to use it in Kiwanis Engage.

If you are unable to access Kiwanis Engage, you can use this copy of the report form while we work to get you access.
New Monthly Report Award Grading
To award the Monthly Report Award, the District Secretary grades Secretary Reports each month and compiles the scores for the year.

The new Monthly Report form on Kiwanis Engage will be graded out of 15 points as follows:

Club Meetings (4 points)
-
1 point per club meeting held (max of 2 points)​

1 point if faculty advisor attended majority of meetings

1 point if Kiwanis Advisor attended a meeting or the Lieutenant Governor spoke at a meeting.

Club Communications (2 points)

1 point for each form of communication use (max of 2 points)​

Club Membership (1 point)

1 point if a recruitment event or club social activity was held​

Key Club Leadership Development (0 points)​

Kiwanis Family Involvement (2 points)

1 point for each type of Kiwanis Family Involvement (max of 2 points)​

Service Projects (4 points)​

1 point for each service project (max of 4 points)​

Service Hours (0 points)​

Service Fundraising (1 point)
-
1 point for funds raised for nonprofit, educational, and other charitable purposes.
