Key Club dues for the 2023-2024 school year can be submitted starting in September.
Early-Bird Deadline: November 1, 2023
Dues Deadline: December 1, 2023
After the deadline, Key Club International grants a 60-day grace period before it suspends the charters of Key Clubs who have not submitted any dues for the school year.
If your Key Club does not pay by September 30, 2023, your charter will be deactivated and you will be required to pay a reactivation fee.
What are dues?
Dues cost $10.50 per Key Club member. Of this, $7 funds Key Club International's operations and $3.50 funds the New England and Bermuda District's operations. In addition, many Key Club add on an additional amount to fund their local club's operations.
Please note: the Key Club International Board will be asking the student delegates at the Key Club International Convention in July 2025 to approve an increase to Key Club International dues. It may be approved at the level proposed, may not be approved, or may be amended to a smaller increase and approved at a smaller increase. Please check back in mid-July for an update about how much dues will be for the 2024-2025 year (the District portion will remain unchanged).
Updating Advisors
The Kiwanis advisor, faculty advisor and Key Club secretary of active clubs on record at Kiwanis International for your Key Club may access the Membership Update Center.
Changes in Kiwanis Advisor: The Kiwanis club secretary can update information about your Kiwanis advisor on the Secretary Dashboard in the Kiwanis online club management system, as well.
Changes in Faculty Advisor: please report changes in Faculty Advisor to District Administrator Mr. Will Bradford. Please include the name and school email address for the new advisor so that we can report it to Kiwanis International.
