The lieutenant governor serves as a liaison between the District and the Key Clubs in Division 2 East. The lieutenant governor sends a monthly newsletter, holds divisional meetings and events, visits the Key Clubs, and coordinates information sharing among the Key Clubs in Division 2 East.

Division 2 East comprises Greater Bangor, ME. It includes Key Clubs at:

• Brewer High School, Brewer, ME

• Hampden Academy, Hampden, ME

• Hermon High School, Hermon, ME

• John Bapst High School, Bangor, ME

• Old Town High School, Old Town, ME

• Orono High School, Orono, ME
