A Lieutenant Governor serves as a liaison between the District and the Key Clubs in Division 18. They send a monthly newsletter, holds divisional meetings and events, visits the Key Clubs, and coordinates information sharing among the Key Clubs in Division 18.

Division 18 comprises Southeastern Connecticut. It includes Key Clubs at:

• East Lyme High School, East Lyme, CT

• Ledyard High School, Ledyard, CT

• Robert E. Fitch Senior High School, Groton, CT

• Waterford High School, Waterford, CT
