The Lieutenant Governor serves as a liaison between the District and the Key Clubs in Division 14. They send a monthly newsletter, holds divisional meetings and events, visits the Key Clubs, and coordinates information sharing among the Key Clubs in Division 14.

Division 14 comprises North Central Massachusetts, Southwestern New Hampshire, and Southeastern Vermont. It includes Key Clubs at:
