Katarina Ousback

Katarina is a junior from Scarborough High School in Scarborough, ME. She was elected to serve as our District Governor at the District Educational Conference in 2025. Prior to serving as Governor, she served as Lieutenant Governor for Division 4, which includes Key Clubs in the Southern Maine.

As District Governor, Katarina leads the District Board and represents our Key Club District both on the Key Club International Council and to the New England Kiwanis Family.
