There is currently no Lieutenant Governor for Division 5.

A Lieutenant Governor serves as a liaison between the District and the Key Clubs in Division 5. They send a monthly newsletter, hold divisional meetings and events, visit the Key Clubs, and coordinate information sharing among the Key Clubs in Division 5.

Division 5 comprises Vermont. It includes Key Clubs at:
