About: The goal of the Jared Box Project is to lift the spirits of children in the hospital. Boxes filled with the "gift of play" are given to young patients in the hospital to keep them engaged with activities.

The service project at DECON will take place on Friday, March 27, 2026 in the evening.

​

Our Goal: To pack 900 Jared Boxes to donate to children's hospitals throughout New England. We are making Jared Boxes for Elementary and Toddler age groups, so ideas for toy donations are:

• Play Doh

• Stress balls

• Crayons 

• Mini stuffed animals

• Mini puzzles

• Mini Fidgets

• Silly Putty

• Toy Cars
