Judy Elkotory

Judy is a senior at Andover High School in Andover, MA. Judy was appointed to serve as DECON Chair for the 2024-2025 year.

As DECON Chair, Judy leads a committee of Lieutenant Governors to plan and promote the District Educational Conference (DECON). The DECON Committee is responsible for designing the DECON theme, planning evening and welcome activities, recruiting workshop presenters, and promoting DECON throughout the year.
