Pack two (2) to three (3) Key Club casual outfits.
Semi-Formal
Includes  dark suit with dress shoes and socks, formal evening dress, cocktail dress, or dressy evening separates.
Does not include jeans, shorts, t-shirt, sweatshirt, polo shirt, flip-flops, sneakers.

Pack one business professional or semi-formal outfit for Saturday evening.

Code of Conduct
The New England and Bermuda District of Key Club International Board of Trustees, the Sergeant-at-Arms, and the adult advisors urge every Key Clubber and visitor to enjoy the conference fully. All Key Clubbers will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner which will be a credit to the Key Club organization. The following rules have been adopted to ensure the comfort and pleasure of everyone in the hotel.

  • No intoxicants or drugs of any nature (including alcohol) will be permitted in the possession of anyone attending the conference. This rule will be strictly enforced.

  • Female members are not allowed in the room of any male member, and male members are not allowed in the room of any female member.

  • Key Clubbers are expected to abstain from any activity of a sexual nature at all times.

  • Key Clubbers are expected to behave appropriately at the dances and abstain from inappropriate dancing.

  • A curfew of 12:00 midnight will be observed and enforced. Key Clubbers are expected to be in their own rooms at this retiring hour, and they are expected to remain there. Unnecessary noises at any hour are prohibited.

  • Care shall be taken not to deface or destroy any property. Things such as pillow fights, water fights, throwing any objects from windows or balconies, the use of profanity and strong language, and similar such activities will be dealt with promptly and effectively.

  • Every Key Clubber is expected to attend all conference sessions and activities.

  • Neat dress is expected at all times in accordance with the stated attire definitions and expectations.

  • Campaign materials are to be confined to designated areas only. Under no circumstances shall any of these materials or campaign activities take place in the living areas of the hotel.

  • Infractions of the conference rules will be reported by the Sergeant-at-Arms Committee to the District Board, Adult Committee, and adult advisors. They will take appropriate action including, if necessary, the dismissal of Key Clubbers or schools from the conference with notification to their parents, school authorities, and their sponsoring Kiwanis Club. 

Any Key Clubber caught violating any of the above rules will likewise cause their Key Club to forfeit any awards the Key Club may have won. No member of this Key Club will be eligible for District or International office. If a Lieutenant Governor has been elected from this Key Club to represent the Division, that Lieutenant Governor may be removed and a new Lieutenant Governor elected from the Key Clubs of that Division assembled at the Conference.

Every Key Clubber shall respect the authority of the Sergeant-at-Arms Committee and adult advisors and chaperones. The Sergeant-at-Arms Committee, under adult supervision, is authorized to confiscate any prohibited material, and this material will not be returned.
